Tree menus

Tree menus are used to navigate hierarchical data, such as geographic office lists and lines of business. Trees can appear in the sidebar or the main content area.

Use tree menus:

• For deep navigation structures with various views.
• To enable users to quickly navigate between these views.

Primary function

• Tree View
• Tree View Panel

Secondary function

No elements use this widget as a secondary function.

Use nesting cautiously. Flatter trees are generally easier to navigate.
