Configuring the visual style of the application

You can configure the visual appearance and style of PolicyCenter, such as to adopt your company's branding and visual style. The changes that you can make include many aspects of the application interface, such as the colors, fonts, sizes and spacing of interface components, and logos and icons.

The styling of Guidewire applications is defined using Sass, a style sheet language that extends and provides more functionality than standard CSS. By using Sass, you can change the existing styles and create your own styles. Guidewire supports the SCSS syntax of Sass.

The collection of style settings that are active in PolicyCenter at one time is called a theme. To control the visual appearance of the application, define and activate themes.
