Agency bill plans in BillingCenter for multicurrency organizations

In the integration between BillingCenter and PolicyCenter, agency bill plans are defined in BillingCenter. In PolicyCenter, producer organizations are associated with agency bill plans. When integrated with BillingCenter, PolicyCenter retrieves the agency bill plans from BillingCenter. In a multicurrency system, you can select one or more agency bill plans on the Agency Bill tab. Each agency bill plan can provide one or more currencies. For the current producer organization, select currencies from the agency bill plans. For each producer organization, you can associate only one plan per currency. Therefore, if you select USD on Plan A, you cannot select USD on Plan B.

When entering the Organizations or the New Organizations screens, PolicyCenter synchronizes with BillingCenter to refresh the agency bill plans.
