State Min/Max page for modifiers

In Product Desginer, you use the Product or Policy Line modifier State Min/Max page to set minimum and maximum modifier values that apply to a specific jurisdiction for the modifier pattern. As elsewhere, values typically range between -0.05 to +0.05. See Display section for modifiers for more information.
