Install PolicyCenter on SQL Server

Procedure

Configure SQL Server.

See Configure SQL Server in Management Studio.
Create a database for PolicyCenter.

See Create a PolicyCenter database in SQL Server.
Modify the database-config.xml file so that the PolicyCenter application correctly points to the database.
Restart the application server and test by opening PolicyCenter in a browser window.
