About Oracle on Amazon RDS

The RDS option group must have the following:

• LOCATOR
• JVM

The PolicyCenter database user (pcUser) must be granted the oracle.aurora.security.JServerPermission(LoadClassInPackage.*) privilege if using the GWNormalize Java function to configure search rules.
