Generate and download the rate routines JAR file

Before you begin

When rate books are ready to be deployed to the production system, then generate and download the rate routine JAR file on the stage/test system.

On the stage/test system, go to the Rate Books screen and click Generate JAR File to create the rate routines JAR file. This action is asynchronous, so you can navigate to other screens.
If you make changes to rate books, redo this step.
When you have finalized the JAR file, click Download JAR file on the Rate Books page. This button becomes active after you generate the JAR file. If Download JAR file is not active, navigate away from and back to this page.
The downloaded JAR file is saved to a location specified by your browser and operating system. For example, on Windows, the file may be saved to the Downloads folder.
