The Rate Book Export work queue exports a rate book and its included rate table and rate routines to a file in either in spreadsheet format or in XML format. PolicyCenter initiates this process if a user selects one of the following in the Detail screen for a Rate Book:

Export > Export to Spreadsheet
Export > Export to XML
