Contact integrations

PolicyCenter integrates with external systems to manage information about contacts. PolicyCenter uses integrations to send information to or receive information from the external systems. Examples of such information are requests for contact information that PolicyCenter sends to a contact management system and information about changes to contact details that a contact management system sends to PolicyCenter.

PolicyCenter uses both web services and plugins for data transfer.
