Add additional roles and privileges after initial server startup

Procedure

Ensure that the PolicyCenter server is running.
Open a command prompt.
Navigate to the following location in the PolicyCenter installation directory:
- admin/bin
Run the following command to import the data in file roleprivileges.csv in the import > gen folder:
- import_tools -password password -privileges
The PolicyCenter administration command prompt tools all require that you enter the password of an administrative user for the tool to work. The use of a user name is optional.
